I’m a public sector MD (Pediatric Neurologist, Harbor-UCLA Medical Ctr, now working part time). I’m an enthusiast for the outdoors, dogs, cooking, eating and history. My wife and I live 30 yards from the Arroyo and have three dachshunds. I want to encourage long-term thinking about the chain of life. I’m old, but I want my great grandchildren to have a good life, not a Blade Runner life. We have grandchildren but no great grandchildren yet. I can be wordy and I like some wordy blogs. I also like pictures. I think there’s a place for longish posts, if they are interesting. All photos are taken by me or  indicate their source. I’m eager to add photos of the Arroyo taken by others.
